    Moorhens

    Happy Easter!

This week, Moorhens Class explored learning through the theme of gaming. In our topic work, we looked at the history of game design and how technology has evolved over the years. We also linked this to our maths lessons by solving game-themed problems.

Later in the week, everyone designed their own game, wrote about it, and created illustrations to show how it would look. In Forest School, we built chairs and did some digging.

During our short day tomorrow, we will be taking part in a maths-themed Easter egg hunt.

When we return after the break, please ensure that students do not bring backpacks, games, or toys from home. A water bottle and a packed lunch are all that is needed.

School lunches: From after Easter the price of a school dinner for those in years 3,4,5,6 &6 Nursery will be increasing to £3.34 which is payable in advance. Parents or carers need to book the lunch using MCAS where you can choose which option your child will be eating. For your information we are currently reviewing our catering suppliers to try to improve the pricing.

    Have a wonderful Easter.

    Best wishes,
    Delaney
