Weekly Update

This week we have been very busy! We created a beautiful Rainbow Fish collage and explored our underwater world through imaginative play and sensory trays. The children particularly enjoyed sensory experiences using a variety of materials, including coloured popcorn, which encouraged exploration, descriptive language and fine motor development.

In maths, we continued practising doubling, addition and subtraction within 20, building confidence and fluency through practical resources and challenges.

On Thursday, we celebrated World Book Day by decorating our classroom door as The Rainbow Fish. The children loved contributing to the design and taking pride in their collaborative artwork.

We also enjoyed our music and movement circuits, supporting coordination, balance and regulation, and completed our assessment activities.
