Fossil Folly!
A great week of learning in Aegean. As mathematicians we have really cemented some of our knowledge and have made progress in our CLICs (calculation) and SAFES (shape, space and measure!). Ask us to talk to you about the properties of 3d shapes and to wow you with our fraction skills.
As writers we have looked at the features of information texts, in this case travel brochures. Next week we will be compiling our own - where shall we go?
As palaeontologists we have found out about fossils, particularly those of dinosaurs. We researched what dinosaur fossils looked like and made our own.
In our Mulberry Bush work we continue to think about how we respond to others and interpret their actions and facial expressions - we have been laughing at some of the faces we've been pulling.
Swimming on Monday as usual so please wrap up particularly warm. Have a good weekend.
