Blitzing our learning!
This week in English we have been reminding ourselves about different types of words and using them to make simple and complex sentences. We've also started to read Sand Wizards which we will be using to explore stories with familiar settings.
In Maths we have been filling gaps in our knowledge, including adding and subtracting bridging through tens.
We've also wowed the grown ups with our knowledge and enthusiasm in finding out more about WW2 including evacuees, the blitz and the RAF contribution.
Finally in our Mulberry Bush sessions we have been thinking about being kind, how our emotions make us feel and the importance of eye contact.
Next week we will be swimming (please ask if you need goggles or caps), continuing to use Sand Wizards in English and exploring co-ordinates in topic. We are also resuming our Spanish study.
