Our friends have been riding hard.  From Oxford to Newhaven where they caught the ferry across to France.  Then all the way across France via Germany to Switzerland.  They passed rivers, fields, cities, towns and villages, vineyards, forests, hills, valleys and lakes, and then big mountains.  And they have met a lot of  people along the way, old friends and new - you meet a lot of people when you travel.  

Unfortunately Rob has had to fly home as a family member is unwell but Duncan is carrying on…Today he was riding through Italy.
