As part of our Earth Day focus the children took part in our weekly mindful meditation session which was all about caring for Nature.
The children thought about natural treasures they might find whilst at the park and how we can take care of nature and our natural environment. We also talked about different scenarios which included feeings such as upset, still and relaxed and the children thought about what the characters 'inside weather'(body behaviour) might look like.
