In Mammals the children have been busy exploring ice. We have used ice cubes to build igloos, learnt all about how arctic animals stay warm, explored how ice melts at different temperatures and enjoyed water colour painting on ice. Next week we will continue to learn about animals who live in cold conditions, starting with painting penguins and rescuing polar bears!
