    Explorers’ Pasta Making Sessions

    The children that were in France in November, had the opportunity to make fresh pasta from scratch too this week.

    We used eggs, flour, and water to make different types of pasta: farfalle, tagliatelle, and spaghetti.   Then, we boiled them and mixed them with herbs. They were delicious!
