    Today we planned and carried out an oxidation investigation. The question was: which liquid can prevent oxidation in apples?

    This week we have been focusing on reversible and irreversible changes.  Today, we investigated the impact of various liquids- lemon juice, water, vinegar, salt water, milk and apple juice- on the rate of oxidation of apples. We then plotted our results using charts and graphs.
