    Well-being Wednesday was WOW!

    Children in KS2 enjoyed the first of our regular Wednesday afternoon well-being sessions today.

    Over the year children will explore lots of different aspects of wellbeing, including sports  (karate, multi sports, fencing, dance) as well as healthy cooking, outdoor exploration in Forest School, internet safety in Computing and strategies to support mental Heath in Mindfulness.  The picture shows a member of Endurance class beginning their mindful eating activity.
