Within our topic lessons Arctic class have been gathering information about different animals they would like to look after. This activity was in preparation for designing our own zoo.
This week we began to map out the individual enclosures on paper, thinking about what each animal needed. We then used this to build our own class zoo using Lego.
We took into consideration which animals could share an enclosure and which enclosures would be best positioned near to each other. Arctic class also began to think about other facilities needed for the visitors, animals and zoo employees.
