    French Trip

1 July 2020 (by Louise Budan (LouiseB))

    Year 5/6 French Trip Monday 1st November – Friday 5th November 2021

In light of our successful trip to France in 2019, we are delighted to offer this amazing opportunity to the cohort of children who will be in Years 5 or 6 in the academic year 2021/22 (Current year 3 and 4). We will be staying on a PGL site in France where we will be invited to think our way through a series of exciting challenges and adventures, which will include activities like archery, high ropes and abseiling. In addition to this the children will visit a French market, go to a theme park and climb the Eiffel tower. This trip is planned to help children develop their use of the French language and to give them the opportunity to explore a European country. All activities are led by trained instructors and we will have senior members of the team from St Greg’s staying with the children. In order to cover the costs of this brilliant opportunity we ask for a voluntary contribution of approximately £400 per child (please note this may change slightly in light of the current situation) This includes accommodation, meals, all activities and transport in a deluxe coach. We need to confirm numbers and pay a deposit to secure places. Therefore, we are asking for a non-refundable deposit of £30 by 13th July 2020. Our preferred payment method is by parentpay. It is unlikely that we will be able to add children to our booking after this date. The remaining payment of £370 can be paid in a lump sum or monthly instalments. If you have any questions please speak to one of the team or email; explorerssgp@dbmac.org.uk. Yours faithfully Hannah Forder-Ball
